Through the use of our unrestricted Certified General Contractor status, ConServe can offer design-build Architectural and Engineering services for the work proposed under the contract.  This benefits the Owner because it provides for “Unitary Responsibility” of the complete design-build scope under one contract.  It also provides for the inherent quality control over the complete work product while adding the flexibility of fast-tracking various construction phases!
